Read more...We are very pleased to welcome Miriam Philip who has joined us a co-ordinator while George is on maternity leave. Miriam has lots of experience working with families. She has previously worked with refugees and on an early years education project in Zanzibar.

Congratulations to Karen Buck in north Westminster and Mark Field in the south of the borough who were both re-elected as our local MPs. We look forward to continuing our work with them on behalf of our families.
Read more...Home-start Westminster is very pleased to be a partner in a project with Turn2us and the Child Poverty Action Group to deliver a new service to help families in need claim money available to them. A group of our volunteers tested the Turn2us Benefit Checker and Grants search programme and we will be training all our volunteers to use this e-learning resource to enable them to offer personalised, practical help to the families they support.
