BBC Children in Need

We’re thrilled to share some wonderful news!

We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded £120,000 from BBC Children in Need over three years to support children and families across Westminster, Kensington & Chelsea and Hammersmith & Fulham.

Thanks to the support of funders like BBC Children in Need, we’re able to continue reaching hundreds of local families, babies and children every year. This funding will enable us to  expand the delivery of our ‘Big Hopes Big Future’ nursery and school readiness programme, helping children develop the confidence, skills and resilience they need to start school and other settings, and helping to eliminate the opportunity gap at the earliest stage possible.

Our team is incredibly passionate about this programme because we see every day, the lasting difference that early learning and positive family support can make in a child’s life.

Thienhuong Nguyen, Scheme Manager said: “This fabulous funding can’t come at a better time. Reminding how important parents and carers are to their children’s early learning, and that they aren’t alone in this challenge is a big part of our support. To then experience the joy with children and parents’ and carers’ after seeing the hard yards they put in, is something extraordinary. We’re hugely grateful to BBC Children in Need for this investment in our work and in the families we support.”
