What an INCREDIBLE summer scheme it’s been! Over the past few months, our Home-Start team organised six wonderful trips that gave families the chance to relax, connect, and make special memories together.
We hosted two summer picnics in Holland Park and Hyde Park, where families shared delicious food and took part in games such as sack races, parachute games, and beanbag toss. 🌲
We visited the breath taking Arundel Castle, where families wandered through the historic grounds and explored the beautiful gardens. 🏰
A trip to Kew Gardens was the perfect chance to connect with nature and take in the stunning views from the treetop walk. 🌺
A day at Lee Valley Farm brought fresh air, fun, and learning for all ages, topped off by a surprise appearance from Spiderman! 👩🌾
And perhaps the most magical moment of all was our very first beach trip to Margate! Families enjoyed relaxing in the sunshine, playing in the sand, and splashing in the sea. 😎
These trips have been such a special way to bring people together, and we’re so grateful to our dedicated team and generous supporters who made it all possible.
